
Introduction to SmartVoice
Incorporated in November 1999, SmartVoice houses a 44-seats call center located in the Central Business District of Singapore. We specialize in Customer Service, Telemarketing and Technical Helpdesk and we also handle both inbound and outbound calls.
On March 2001, Euro RSCG invested in SmartVoice. With this investment, SmartVoice has grown rapidly in size and has shown its presence in the region (Singapore, Taiwan, China and Hong Kong) through our affiliated call centers - Taiwan FieldForce Group and Starvoice.
Euro RSCG Euro RSCG Worldwide is a Division of the Havas Advertising Group, the Fourth Largest Global Communications Group with a gross income of 2.4 billion (yr 1999). Euro RSCG also ranks fifth among Global Agency Networks with a gross income of close to 1.5 million (yr 1999). They invested into Smartvoice in March 2001.

Job description - Introduce new financial products to existing or new customers over the phone. - Assist customer in enrolling. - Able to understand and make basic comparison of various financial products. - Able to speak eloquently over the phone (i.e. language, tone of voice and logic flow of conversation). - Ability to handle basic computer skills.
