1. Job Title: 财务经理（知名房地产投资集团）
工作内容:
汇报关系：直接上司为建筑公司的总经理，业务上司集团计财部总监
直接下属：4位；业务下属：项目公司财务人员
作为建筑公司总部的财务经理，管理和监督公司的日常财务工作
根据公司制度及相关国家法规，进行成本费用预测、计划、控制、核算、分析和考核，监督各部门降低消耗、节约费用、提高经济效益
管理辅导直接下属并对项目公司财务人员的日常业务作指导
任职要求:
年龄35-45岁，大专以上学历。
会计师专业资格，如LCCI
5年以上建筑工程类财务管理经验，2年以上团队管理经验，熟悉建筑类企业运营及建筑工程市场。
具有对下属公司监控管理经验；擅长建筑项目预算及审核，精通建筑工程成本控制，以及建筑税务法律。
较强的沟通协调和组织执行能力，良好的团队合作心态。

2. Job Title: AP Supervisor (A Famous Foreign Ads Company)
Responsibilities:
Manages consolidation of all accounting and budgeting reports
Directs accounting, property accounting, internal auditing, control and records retention
Develops and revises accounting systems, procedures and controls
Manages the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets and management reports
Ensures adherence to all control policies and procedures
Interacts with branches' financial department
Manages and trains a team of accounting staff
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent in accounting, and possessing of Medium Accounting Proficiency Certificate such as LCCI or above
At least 10 years of relevant working experience, experience in multinational Co. or Advertisement Co. is preferred
Good command of English in speaking & writing
Fluent in operating office software and financial software etc
Under work pressure and teamwork spirit
