职位描述:
为公司的日常运营和经营管理提供法律支持和服务。
主要职责和任务
1. As Legal Responsible Person, check the new products, esp. the Provisions, from legal side.
作为公司产品的法律责任人，对新产品，尤其是条款，进行法律方面的审核。
2. As member of PDG, offer legal service on the development of new product.
作为PDG的成员，就新产品的开发提供法律服务。
3. As Legal Consultant, perform the following duties:
作为法律顾问，履行以下职责：
- Assist BoM to execute laws and regulations and CIRC regulatory rules, offer legal comments on substantive business decisions; Receiving and implementing Allianz rules and instructions.
协助执行国家的法律法规和保险监督管理部门的规定，就公司的重大经营决策提供法律意见；执行安联集团相关的规定和要求。
- Participate in the drafting and check of important rules; Supervise the contracts and participate in the negotiation and drafting of important contracts.
参与起草、审核公司重要的规章制度；管理公司的合同，参与重大合同的谈判和起草工作。
- Participate in important business activities such as merger, investment, lease and settle relevant legal affairs; Responsible for the corporate registration, Trademark, Patent and business secret information protection and so on.
处理合并、投资、租赁等公司重要经济活动的法律事务；办理公司登记、商标、专利和商业秘密保护等事务。
- As advocate of Chairman and GM, settle disputes & lawsuits.
接受董事长和总经理的委托，处理纠纷和诉讼事务。
- Responsible for drafting important legal documents, checking relevant documents submitted to CIRC and sales promotion materials, brochures and advertisements, performing legal training, offering legal consultation, selecting and contacting out-house legal counselors and so on.
负责起草重要的法律文书，审核提交给保险监督管理部门的文件、促销宣传材料和广告材料，进行法律宣传培训，提供法律咨询，选择和联络外聘律师等。
- Prepare legal materials and advices to ensure the legality of the company website, group business development and branch out projects.
就公司网站、团险业务的准备、分公司项目的准备提供法律方面的材料和咨询。
- Any other tasks assigned by hierarchy.

应聘者背景
1) Bachelor degree or above, major in law.
大学本科以上学历，法律专业毕业。
2) More than three years relative working experience in insurance industry or law industry.
3年以上保险或法律行业从业经验。
专业知识:
1) Familiar with insurance industry and insurance law, etc.
熟悉保险行业、中华人民共和国保险法。
2) Better to have attorney license.
持有中国律师执照最佳。
3) Familiar with MiscroSoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) and Lotus Notes .
熟悉微软系统（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio）和Lotus Notes系统。
4) Good English Skills, both in oral and writing; CET 6 above.
较好的英语表达能力（口头或书面），大学英语六级以上。
