职位描述:
办理核算现金业务。
主要职责和任务
1. According to the Accounting Law and Company rules, calculating the accounts of cash correctly. 根据会计法规和公司的规定，正确核算现金帐户。
2. Printing out all the invoices for the new business premium and renewal premium.
打印首期及续期保费的发票。
3. Checking and confirm the account data after the SSC cashier entry policy data into ADOS.
审核及确认保单的会计数据。
4. Filling in the vouchers, recording the cash journal.
填制会计凭证，登记现金日记帐。
5. Assuring the cash accounts agree with physical inventory and other accounts.
确保帐实、帐帐相符。
6. According to the rules, taking care of the cash in hand and the documents of value.
根据规定保管公司库存现金,有价证券及文件。
7. Providing the Accounting information consultation for agents and customers.
为代理人和客户提供ADOS系统的财务信息查询。
Any other tasks assigned by hierarchy.
由行政主管交办的其他工作。
应聘者背景
Junior college degree or above, major in Accounting or Auditing, Economics or other relative subjects.
大专以上, 专业为会计和审计，经济及其他相关专业。
2) Working Experience 工作经验
One or two years’ relative experience. 一到两年相关工作经验。
专业知识:
1) Familiar with China Company Law, Local Accounting Regulation and other relative laws.
熟悉公司法、会计准则以及其他相关法律、法规。
2) Know International Accounting Standard or General Accept Accounting Principle. Have passed CICPA or ACCA exam.
了解国际会计准则；考过CICPA或ACCA证书。
3）Have common knowledge of accounting process.
对会计流程有基本了解。
4）Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
熟练使用Office软件，如 Word、Excel、Powerpoint。
5) Good English Skills, both in oral and writing.
较好的英语表达能力（口头或书面）。
